COEX 2010
Our 9th Annual CEO Private Dinner Event held during COEX 2010. This year our dinner was held at Emeril Lagasse's Tchop Chop, rated the number one restaurant for resort dining in Florida. This year's dinner event will took place on Monday, March 1st from 7:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the International Foodservice Manufacturing Association's CO-EX 2010, National Chain Operator Exchange. We featured an interactive, free flowing, eight-course stationed dinner accompanied by wine and tropical beverage pairings. Tchoup Chop is located on the Universal Studios property at The Loews Royal Pacific Resort at 6300 Hollywood Way, Orlando, Florida. Tchoup Chop is a play on the name Tchoupitoulas Street, the location of Emeril's flagship restaurant in New Orleans. Tchoup Chop offers a unique culinary journey and brings Asian and Polynesian flavor influences mixed with Emeril's signature flavors. Emeril Lagasse offers a dining experience unlike any other created by the famous master chef in both atmosphere and menu, offering diners a unique and exotic journey through the Pacific Seas. The exotic décor is right out of the South Pacific and has a gorgeous tiki bar complete with bamboo, waterfalls, sculpted gardens, and a lily pond right in the middle of the restaurant. After dinner we took a quick boat ride from "the lagoon" right outside the restaurant entrance to Universal's "downtown" Citywalk. Citywalk is a collection of 8 Universal Studios themed bars and nightclubs and includes: CityWalk's Rising Star, Red Coconut ClubSM, Jimmy Buffett's® Margaritaville® , Bob Marley - A Tribute to FreedomSM , the grooveSM , Latin Quarter, and Pat O'Brien's® |
